Qualified attendees from around the world! Congress of Quantum Masters is the premier Wellness Event in the world. This is your opportunity to be a part of it! Our attendees come from a diverse field of professions, and they look forward to seeing ‘what’s new’ in the industry and what can help them improve upon their own personal wellness business.

Past vendors have proven year after year the success that they have had on the Congress Market Store floor. You do need to come prepared to do business, and to gain many new clients. As an exhibitor of Congress, you will have your company logo displayed as well on the Congress website.

Vendors can apply as an exhibitor for the upcoming Congress of Quantum Masters 10 Market Store held from April 9th –14th, 2011. Our goal is in striving to maintain a high level of education and training to our attendees, producing professional standards in maintaining our theme, Going Back, Looking Forward – A New Vision, for all of our guests. All applicants who would like to be part of this exciting world All-Star Event may register online using the application form.

Note: Participant space may be limited and will be granted only to those who meet Congress approval. All applicants will be reviewed for product quality, product line, vendor and booth adherence to the Congress theme and carefully selected at the sole discretion of the Congress Team.

Vendor Booth Fee - $1200.00 (Don’t wait, space sells quickly)

Secure Your Spot! - $250.00 Deposit before September 30th will secure your booth! (Don’t wait, we had several requests last year for the same product items. We only accept one!).

Vendor Application Deadline - February 9th, 2011

By applying for a Vendor Booth at the Congress of Quantum Masters, the vendor also agrees to pay a percentage of daily booth sales (TBD), as well as provide a give-away for all attendees. 

As a vendor, you can also choose different advertising packages (Ex: ad on web site, page in e-book, 3 x 5 ad on e-book page, logo on map, etc). You will have access to these upon confirmation of your acceptance. 

For vendors staying off property or at a time-share, and are not on an all-inclusive package with the Hola Grand Faro Resort they will need to pay an additional $300.00. This charge will cover the Saturday Welcome and Thursday Farewell Dinners, and coffee breaks for the five days of Congress. Additional Meals are not included in this fee.

Please note that the Market Store location will be held indoors in air conditioned comfort for you and your customers right in the foyer of the Main Congress Hall and the Break-out rooms!

Volunteers

Volunteers get an opportunity to see the inside workings of this exciting event and are the backbone to the success of it! Join us in making this Congress All-Star event educational and great for everyone. As a Congress Team Member you will be able to experience the event at a much higher level, gaining insight that can only come from being “behind the scenes” at Congress, and working with Core Crew and staff.

Crewing provides an unparalleled opportunity to not only gain valuable skills and knowledge above and beyond what you’ve learned at any of our training and seminars; it gives you the chance to take on leadership roles as well!
