Your trip from the Punta Cana airport to the Melia Caribe Tropical is approximately 20 minutes. We have arranged a Shuttle service through Amstar if you would like to have the comfort of knowing that your transportation is taken care of and someone will be waiting for you at the airport to get you to your hotel destination.
If you would like to book transportation to and from the airport to the Melia Caribe Tropical Resort or book excursions during your stay in Dominican Republic, we have arranged a special discounted price with Amstar. The cost for the shuttle service is $20.00 U.S. per person round trip.

Wow! You have a free day to enjoy at your leisure. New this year at Congress, we are offering ‘Team Building’ excursions where you will have the opportunity to share experiences with other Congress attendees along with select Executive staff and Quantum Masters. Stay Connected! These Team Building Excursions are optional and will take place during Tuesday, April 20th.

Remember to bring your Passport each time you attend a Congress of Quantum Masters so that you may receive your official stamp acknowledging your attendance. Once you have collected five (5) stamps, you will receive admittance into your sixth (6th) Congress at no charge.

Premier Seating will be available for the first 50 attendees who have paid for the entire registration fee and hotel package in full. Please note: We cannot reserve spots for your guest, spouse, etc. if they do not receive one of the premier spots.
Registration and Hotel Packages must be paid in full by March 15th, 2010. *For attendees staying off property, at a time-share, or have not booked their accommodation package through the Congress of Quantum Masters website will need to pay an additional $150.00. This charge will cover the Welcome and Farewell Dinners, and coffee breaks for the five days of Congress. These attendees will also need to take care of their own expenses for meals. For Congress attendees bringing spouses who will not be attending Congress, but would like to join in on the Welcome and Farewell Dinners, they need to pay an additional $40.00/dinner.
- $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.
- Prior to January 17th, you may receive a full refund*. - January 18 to February 16th, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. - February 17 to March 17th, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. - Any cancellation after March 17th, there will be no applicable refund.
Please Note: As an attendee of the Congress of Quantum Masters, unless you have a confirmed vendor booth at the Market Store on site, you may not sell any type of products at the Congress venue.
