Congress Registration Open!

Congratulations on making the decision to become a part of the Congress of Quantum Masters experience. By participating in this exclusive event, you are joining the many attendees that have, and will continue to, benefit from the knowledge and expertise of our panel of Masters. This instruction will certainly enhance the education you have accumulated in your career thus far.

On a professional basis, this Congress takes you to the next level of your training. On a personal basis, it offers you the opportunity to not only meet other Practitioners from all over the world but also to make friendships that will last a lifetime.

Remember to bring your Passport each time you attend a Congress of Quantum Masters so that you may receive your official stamp acknowledging your attendance. Once you have collected five (5) stamps, you will receive admittance into your sixth (6th) Congress at no charge.

Special Early Bird Registration Pricing

To take advantage of the Early Bird Registration special, (Extended) full payment must be made at the time of on-line registration within the Early Bird registration dates.

• $499 - staying at the Paradise Village
• $599* - staying off property or time-share

Premier Seating

Will be available for the first SOLD OUT who have paid fully for both their registration fee and Paradise Village Resort accommodation package. Please note: Premier Seating is only available for the person who has paid for the complete package. We cannot reserve spots for your guest, spouse, etc. if they do not receive one of the premier spots.

Registration Deadline

Registration and Hotel Packages must be paid in full by April 20th, 2009.

Payment Plan

Congress has put together a payment plan that might help you in planning your trip. If you think that this could benefit you, give Merle a call to discuss the terms of this plan.  Fill out an online application - Canada - USA.

*Please note that there will be a $100.00 Administration Fee should you choose to partake in this option.

* For attendees staying off property or at a time-share, and are not on an all-inclusive package with the Paradise Village Hotel they will need to pay an additional $100.00. This charge will cover the Welcome and Farewell Dinners, and coffee breaks for the five days of Congress.

**Congress Registration Cancellation Policy

A $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Hotel Package Cancellation

• Prior to January 24th, you may receive a full refund.
• January 24 to February 24th, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
• February 24 to March 24th, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Any cancellation after March 24th, there will be no applicable refund.

 

As an attendee of the Congress of Quantum Masters, unless you have a confirmed vendor booth at the Market Store on site, you may not sell any type of products at the Congress venue.
